Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Xander Locket purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make the return process simple and seamless.

Returns

  • Returns must be received within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.
  • We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order.

Fees & Deductions

  • A 3% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
  • Orders over $500 are subject to a 6% restocking fee.

Important Notes

  • All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returns must be shipped promptly to ensure delivery within the return window.
  • We do not accept in-person drop-offs. All returns must be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
  • If a non-returnable item is sent back, return shipping costs will still apply, and the item may be returned to you at your expense.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
